DMCA Policy

Diablo 4 Warlock Gameplay ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Diablo 4 Warlock Gameplay website or service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Diablo 4 Warlock Gameplay website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., specific URLs on Diablo 4 Warlock Gameplay).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Diablo 4 Warlock Gameplay may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
